In exchange for shares of its common stock, Samoth Capital Corporation, a Toronto Stock Exchange firm (symbol: SCF) with operations in the North American hospitality and real estate merchant banking industries, has acquired certain assets of the Sterling Organization, LLC, a privately held Palm Beach, Florida commercial and residential real estate developer and asset manager.  David Kosoy , Sterling's Chairman, has also been named Chairman of Samoth Capital Corporation
